For the love of Patchwork Tees and Monochromes

Welcome back my lovely beauties!

Ever since I started blogging, I have fallen in love with it 💖and have decided to be more consistent with my blog, bringing for you all fresh content every now and then. So, here I am with my another outfit story that I styled the other day while I was out with my friends on a coffee that later ended up with long drives to the interiors of the city as the weather was too good!😃

I am not much of a t-shirt girl but when I am sporting them I make sure not to end up looking boring with just a plain tee and jeans combo. I look out for fun and trendy styling in them. Yeah! I know that’s too much to expect in a t-shirt though (don’t judge me on that 🙈 ). The return of 70s and 80s on fashion streets has blessed this one basic element of clothing with a makeover. We can witness every major retailer brand showcasing tees with cute patchworks, one word slogans, crop fits that are too trendy to be left on those display racks.

I love H&M, it’s been my favorite shopping destination. Their clothing is always trendy and up with latest style craze. It has a huge variety of cute and super chic patchworks and 80s theme styled pieces, suited for different moods and fad games of every fashionista. I was too tempted by this cute blush pink crop tee with so trending rose patchwork and front knot. As already guessed.. it ended up on my billing receipt.😉

Keeping the essence of 80s alive I paired this tee with a black bandage skirt from Forever New to break the mundane tee and denim look. I love body conscious fits because they bring the femininity out and this one versatile skirt is my favorite and essential wardrobe piece since long. It has never given me a sad moment! Being one of their hit pieces, Forever New has been launching it in different colors every year. I opted for black suede block heels and my favorite black cat eye sunglasses to sync in the whole look with 80s monochrome trend and adding a little drama to a t-shirt outfit. With straight sleek hair left loose, I finished my look.

So that was all from my style diary. Outfit details have been dropped down below. Till next time take care my beautiful souls. Remember to stay stylish and be chic.

Top: H&M
Skirt: Forever New
Shoes: Forever 21

L'oreal White Perfect Range - Day Cream Review (Part 1)

Image courtesy: Chic & Co. I came across the L’oreal's White Perfect Day Cream on my hunt to find something that can reduce pigmentation and imparts even skin tone with instant glow. Products that claim “Fairer” or “Whiter” skin do not attract me generally, for I stand by the belief that every skin is simply beautiful in its own way but a radiating effect in a cream is what I always desire for. A night cream along with it was a planned buy as I was looking to include serums in my night care regime from long. Since them both came in a combo offer, it was worth a buy! It’s been 4 months I have been using both the creams and feel to have invested enough time to come out with a genuine review. I am only talking about day cream in this post, for night cream deserves attention of its own, which will be showered in the subsequent article. About L'oreal White Perfect Day Cream "Tested on Asian women, who claim to notice one drop in melanin block, the pro...

Polka meets Cold Shoulder

Hey all, it’s been over a week since I started blogging and thought it’s high time to post my first outfit look and share with you all my personal style. It’s a fashion blog, after all!😃  Before moving ahead, I would really like to thank you all for loving my work and appreciating it. For an introvert like me, blogging was not an easy decision. The fear of being judged or criticized and many other trivial things, overpowered my desire to be a blogger. But as they say “Follow your passion and don’t let anyone limit your dreams!”, I decided to take a step forward and wrote my first blog post, a month back. Ever since then things slowly started falling in place. I feel overwhelmed every time when someone drops me a text on my Snapchat, Facebook or Insta praising my work. Let me tell you guys, it gives me such a self confidence boost and motivates me to do better.💖  Although a week old, I am still new in blogging world and learning gradually the different aspects o...

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream - Review

Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review Korean brands have taken the global beauty industry by storm. Commonly known as 'K-beauty' in short, the effectiveness of this multi-step beauty regime lies in the belief that "beautiful skin is beauty ". Korean skincare regimens are more involved than your regular quick cleansing and night cream smear. Being a big skincare freak myself, I truly stand by the belief of South Korean beauty rituals. A habit that started with a pure fascination for sheet mask now extends to a 10 step skincare, followed religiously.   I bought the White Tone Up Cream from Innisfree without much thought, can say it was more of an impulsive buy since I have lately been hit with an urge to try anything or everything Korean, when it comes to skincare. Innisfree White Tone Up Cream Review About the Brand: Innisfree is a South Korean natural beauty brand, owned by Amore Pacific . The brand finds its inspiration from the...
